Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for her wide variety of roles in film as well as television and the stage. Her awards include the Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award among others. Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor. She passed away on August 11, 2022. She was first recognized for playing twins Vicky Hudson (left) and Marley Love (right), on the soap Another World (1987-1991). This role won her the actress two Soap Opera Digest Awards, and a Daytime Emmy Award. The 1990s saw her became more famous for her appearances in films Donnie Brasco (1997), Volcano (1997) and I Know What You Did last Summer (1997). She was also in the action comedy film Six Days Seven Nights (1998), the comedy-action film Wag the Dog (1997) as well as the drama thriller film Return to Paradise (2000) and the political comedy Wag the Dog (2007). Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 6, 1953. She is an American actress. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba in the tv show Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is the daughter of the actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career very early. At the age of four, her first film role came as a character in T is for Tumbleweed. The short film on the subject was nominated for the Oscar Awards. She spent time with her mom on film set, where she learned about the inner workings behind the company. Lockhart is even featured on numerous Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory, 1972 was her first film. Joan Crawford's daughter was her character in The Sixth Sense, a show on television in 1972. Joan was the final actress in the series to be featured on The Sixth Sense. A popular rumor is that Anne turned down the role in the film Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's film Halloween in 1978, which was later recast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that Anne turned down his offer to be Laurie Strode. Anne is unable to remember John Carpenter having contacted her nor offering the role. It is possible that one of her agents declined the role on her behalf, without notifying the actress. Glen Larson initially selected her to play Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He wrote a rough script. The actress initially refused the role due to the fact that she thought that the character wasn't strong enough. Glen wrote an entirely different character to play Sheba, which was much stronger. The Living Legend, the first 25 pages of which she had read, was immediately accepted. The film ran for one season. She was in Joyride the 1977 film with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) as well as with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she appeared alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
